  = based on what i know = according to what I know = to (the best of) my knowledge

2. from what I hear  : 내가 듣기로는  / from what I've heard

  I was told (that)... : 공개된 내용이 아닌 나에게 개인적으로 전달된 얘기에 대해서는

    - From what I hear, the health insurance system will cover not only citizens but also permant residents. 

 

3. The way I see it, 내가 보기에는(나의 판단에 의한 것) / 내 생각에는 (in my opinion)

  = As far as I can tell
